Using the internet infrastructure, registered customers of Portucel Soporcel Group can interact trough a web browser, such as “Internet Explorer”, to gain access to our internal information systems.

The function of Extranet is focused on real time information and transactional processes. The Extranet offers a full set of functionalities based on the different aspects of daily relations with our customers. Some of these functions are:

• Requests for Quotations (RFQ)
• Orders
• Shipments
• Printout of documentation (Invoices, debit/credit notes, delivery notes, etc.)
• Complaints management
• Statistical data analysis of purchases

The Extranet also provides information and alerts through e-mail notifications.
